Eligibility for Return

We offer exchanges only, and refunds are not applicable except in rare cases (mentioned below). A product is eligible for return/exchange if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  

• You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  

• The product is unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in its original packaging with tags
  

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Sale/discounted items
  

• Customized or stitched articles
  

• Items with signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage caused by the customer
  

• Change of mind after order placement or delivery
  

Exchange Process

1. Email us at rupehlifashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92-370-127 20-04 with your Order Number and reason for exchange
   

2. Attach clear pictures of the issue (defect, wrong item, etc.)
   

3. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return shipment process
   

4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll dispatch the replacement (subject to stock availability)
   

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  
  

• You were charged but the order was not processed or delivered
  
  

• A valid defect is reported and no replacement is possible
  
  

Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method.
